Alex is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience leading digital transformation and innovation across various industries. He currently serves as the CTO of PHINMA Education Holdings Inc., the largest school system in the Philippines with a campus in Indonesia. Alex also contributes as Board Director at RAIR Technologies, Inc., specializing in cybersecurity solutions, and as Chairman of CX Erudite Tech, Inc., which develops bespoke customer experience applications.

Previously, he held leadership roles such as Group CIO/CTO at Hijo Group of Companies, Head of IT Operations & Digital Transformation at MERALCO, and GM for Global Centers of Excellence at Amkor Technology.

A multi-awarded leader, Alex has been recognized as a World CIO 200 Awardee (2020–2024), CIO 100 ASEAN Awardee (2024), and a contributor to advancements in smart agriculture and cybersecurity, solidifying his legacy as a leader in digital transformation.
