Senator Win Gatchalian is a dedicated public servant and reform advocate with extensive experience in governance and policy making. Serving as a Senator of the Philippines since 2016, he has championed key legislative reforms in education, energy, finance and consumer protection. Prior to his Senate tenure, he was a Representative of Valenzuela City’s 1st District and a three-term Mayor of Valenzuela, where he spearheaded innovative programs in education and public service.

A graduate of Boston University with a degree in Finance and Operations Management, Senator Gatchalian combines business acumen with a strong commitment to public welfare. His advocacies focus on accessible and quality education, sustainable energy policies, and economic empowerment.
