June Vincent Manuel Gaudan

June Vincent Manuel S. Gaudan is a distinguished leader in public administration and digital
transformation. A graduate of Silliman University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science, he
holds a Master’s in Public Administration and has completed executive courses at the
Development Academy of the Philippines. Recognized internationally, he was awarded Best
Diplomat at the ASEAN-Korea Frontier Forum and received an Honoris Causa from
Universite Henry Dunant.

His government career spans key roles, including Senior Legislative Officer in the House of
Representatives, Presidential Staff Officer in Malacañang, and Deputy Chief at the
Department of Finance. Currently, as Bureau Director of the Government Digital
Transformation Bureau, he oversees major ICT initiatives, including the National
Government Data Center and eGovernment Systems Project. A staunch advocate for
sustainable and inclusive digital transformation, Director Gaudan plays a pivotal role in
shaping the Philippines’ technological landscape.
