Carlo Severino is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer of the Transnational Diversified Group or TDG, and concurrently the President of TDG’s Travel and Lifestyle Division, and President of SeidoPro Global Inc., TDG’s Logistics BPO/KPO business.

Having started his career with Software Venture International, a pioneer in the IT and outsourcing industries from the early 1990s, and transitioning to strategic and operational leadership roles within TDG for the past 25 years, Carlo leverages his depth of knowledge and experience in the areas of technology, finance, business operations, people management and strategy to bring transformational change to organizations.

His current role focuses on change management and digital transformation for the diverse businesses of TDG, spanning the industries of Shipping and Logistics, Ship Management, Travel Services, Renewable Energy, as well as IT and BPO services.

He graduated with a degree in BS Physics, major in Computer Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University, completed his Master in Management at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), graduating with Distinction, and participated in Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management’s IDEAS Asia-Pacific 2nd Cohort.
